  • Audience: Athletes & Coaches
  • Objective: Create awareness about mental health risks for athletes and self-care habits and rituals they can adopt, including breathing and mindfulness techniques, for stress reduction, lower risk of mental health complaints, and improved wellbeing.
  • Formats: online 1:1 coaching, group workshops (in-person recommended)

Mental Health Awareness Education

  • Audience: Athlete Entourage, Coaches and Assistant Coaches
  • Objective: Empowering the role of coaches and other members of the athlete’s entourage to identify potential mental health issues and provide adequate resources to support the mental health of their athletes
  • Formats: masterclasses (live or online) and longer workshops (in-person recommended)
