With a blend of knowledge from the professional sports industry and personal development fields like mindfulness, resilience and stress management, I bring a unique approach to my work and can understand the environments, daily realities and specific needs of both business and sports clients equally.
At the heart of my professional journey lies a commitment and a passion for what helps people feel empowered and enabled to make progress in their lives. I aim to make a positive impact while raising awareness to the importance of mental health and stress resilience skills as part of any sustainable performance.
