Objective: Create awareness about mental health risks for athletes and self-care habits and rituals they can adopt, including breathing and mindfulness techniques, for stress reduction, lower risk of mental health complaints, and improved wellbeing.

Mental Health Awareness Education
Audience: Athlete Entourage, Coaches and Assistant Coaches
Objective: Empowering the role of coaches and other members of the athlete’s entourage to identify potential mental health issues and provide adequate resources to support the mental health of their athletes
Formats: masterclasses (live or online) and longer workshops (in-person recommended)
